The featured picture is a bad depiction but sort of funny. If you are someone who has never experienced this week- just let me tell you that it is the best week. Lack of intense workout and lots of carbs. Like to the point of you don’t care you just eat. This is carb loading (I will admit I’m not the best at this. I am actually pretty crappy at this). I did a light swim (about a mile) and a light run (a 5k). I also did had a massage so I wanted to make sure I let my body settle into it.

I was supposed to ride but I got caught at work so that didn’t happen. The way I look at at is- if I’m not prepared to this point, it is a lost cause.  I managed some self care and some light workouts along with a lot of  food! This is probably the shortest post ever but more to come!
